Larry is now on my team and together, our extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, amenities, schools, construction, financing, commercial land acquisition, investment properties, 1031 tax exchanges, leases, market trends, market values, and appraisal techniques allows my team to offer expert guidance to our buyers and sellers.
